Bio
Alison Almeida has been working as an associate producer and production coordinator in the film industry for over 5 years. Her production coordinator credits include Sofia Coppola’s Priscilla (2023), Matt Johnson’s Blackberry (2023), Wango Film’s Simulant (2023) starring Simu Liu, Babe Nation’s Alice, Darling (2022) starring Anna Kendrick, Clement Virgo’s Canadian Screen Award Best Picture Winner Brother (2022), and many more.
When she isn’t leading the production office, Alison is building her credits as a producer. She line-produced the musical short Before They Were Them (2019). She produced the 39-minute musical short film More Together (2023), which premiered at the 2023 Orlando Film Festival and won Best Musical and Best Ensemble at the 2023 Open Gate Film Festival. She is an associate producer on Amar Wala’s upcoming feature film Shook (produced by Film Forge), Academy Award Nominee Hubert Davis’s first scripted feature The Well (produced by Aiken Heart Films) and Reza Dahya’s Boxcutter. Alison participated in the CMPA Production Mentorship Program with Babe Nation Films.
