Bio
Faustine Pelipel is a Sound Editor with nearly a decade of experience working alongside many established TV and film directors, writers and producers. Passionate about sound and a firm believer in its informative and transformative power within storytelling, Faustine works diligently to sculpt and deliver high quality soundtracks that both support the moving image and provide a deeper layer of meaning.
Before the age of 30, Faustine has established herself as a promising talent, having received recognition for her sound editing work throughout the years. In 2017, she was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for “Real Vikings: Age of Invasion.” Then in 2020, she was nominated three times for “Christmas Chalet,” “Matchmaker Mysteries: A Killer Engagement,” and “Things I Do For Money.” Recently, she has completed work on the reboot season of “Kids In The Hall” (Amazon Prime) and Tim Burton’s “Wednesday” (Netflix).
When she isn’t de-noising dialogue or building ambiences from the ground up, Faustine can be found either listening to music or playing music.
