Bio

I am an award-winning director and screenwriter committed to creating impactful cinematic works. My short films have been screened in international festivals. I also directed a segment for the Sesame Street episode, “The Mustard Factory”, which aired in 2021 on HBO and PBS. My first feature film, Celestine, produced by Benoit Beaulieu of (SLYKID) and Kim Barr (Archdale Pictures), received financing from Telefilm Canada, SODEC and its distribution with Maison 4:3. In 2022, I also won the first prize for best feature-length fiction screenplay named Celestine written in the English language by a Canadian woman, awarded by WIDC (Women in the director’s chair), an organization founded by Carol Whiteman. Celestine not only showcases my distinct creativity, but also serves as a cinematic bridge to the LGBTQiA+ and Black communities in Canada.

Hello – Bonjour,

I am a bilingual (French-English) filmmaker currently working on the post-production of my first fiction feature named Celestine that has been financially supported by three major film companies in Canada.

After this first feature, there’s always the famous question of ”what’s next” and to that, I can say that I am currently in the development phase of co-writing multiple projects ( two features and one TV series).

I am also interested in collaborating with new voices and direct movies/series. If that sounds interesting to you, don’t hesitate to contact me :)
