Bio

Wilfred Lee is the creator and host of The Artist’s Journey, a social network hub with the goal to inspire others in expressing their creative potential.

He started his career as a concept designer, developing characters, environments, and world-building elements to breathe Life to ideas in the game and education industry in South Korea. Being Canadian helped immensely in contributing to his teams, sharing insights that are culturally limited based on a superficial outlook from an outside international perspective.

Returning to his home of Toronto, Wilfred contributes his skills as a storyboard artist, working on several animation shows, with clients based in Montreal, Los Angeles, and Australia.

Broadening his passion for creative expression, he’s also worked for several production companies and their pitch packages as a story editor and pitch project coordinator, with responsibilities of strategizing workflow structure to finalize simultaneous pitch packages within a tight deadline.

A Second City Conservatory graduate, he performs as part of the touring co. ensemble. He’s a stand-up comedian, actor for film, TV, and commercials. He also produces music under the pseudonym “Sugarghost” and published his first cosmic horror graphic novel, ‘Pareidolia Gateway.’
